I show small businesses where AI actually pays off — then I install the wins.
I’m Trent Carter, founder of NexCore. I work with owner-led service businesses that are tired of AI noise. Together we run a clear Assessment, rank a short list of wins, and set them up on my platform — practical work that shows up in weeks, not a six-month transformation.

Our Process
01
Assessment
One product. Two lenses: readiness (people, data, tools, risk) and workflows (where hours and leads actually leak). You get a scored picture of where you are, and a short ranked list of what is worth doing. Founding clients: typically $1,500–$2,500.
02
Setup
If the list is worth it, I configure 1–3 wins on my platform. One-time setup fee, kept modest on purpose. You see the why before I build. Typically $1,500–$4,000 depending on complexity.
03
Monthly Support
After setup, you stay on my platform. The monthly covers the software and keeping those wins running — not unlimited new work. Founding clients: typically $300–$600/month, 3–6 month commitment.

Trent Carter
I’m Trent Carter. I started NexCore because too many owners get told to “use AI” and end up with a tool, a course, or a long deck — and nothing running in the business.
I keep this simple on purpose. I’m a small consulting practice, not a big agency and not an app shop. You work with me.
Here’s how I help: I assess whether you’re ready and where work is leaking — people, tools, and the workflows that cost you hours and leads. You get a plain scorecard and a short list ranked by return and effort. If it’s worth doing, I set it up on my software and help you keep it running month to month.
I work best with owner-led service businesses around 5–50 people (especially about 8–30), where follow-up and booking actually pay the bills. Not a fit: solo freelancers, enterprise ML projects, or “just build us an app.”
The front door is always an AI Readiness Assessment. Setup and a monthly platform fee only come after — and only if the list is worth installing. No revenue guarantees. No pressure to buy what you don’t need.
If that sounds useful, I’d like to hear from you.
